A very pleasant experience. They provided thorough explanations to any questions or concerns. Reviewed everything that was going into the inspection report prior to emailing it promptly to all involved parties within an hour of the completed inspection. Followed up a couple of days later to ask if everything was good. Highly recommend!
Wow! This inspection team is the best. The Watson brothers (twins, hence the “Double Scope” name) arrived for the inspection of my soon-to-be new home. Mark covered the outside and James covered the inside. They have a great system, taking pictures every step of the way. The report I received was exhaustive—pictures with descriptions, color-coded according to urgency. The report also provides a way of choosing which repairs or replacements the buyer wishes to negotiate with the seller, and then produces a document with that information. So easy! Additional reports are provided for insurance reasons: wind mitigation and a 4-point inspection. Double Scope Inspections provided a five-star experience, twice over if you count that you get twin inspectors!
These guys are the best. We called them on a Tuesday and they fit us in and moved things around in their personal lives to make the inspection on Friday. They were very detailed in their report, which came from a very easy to use website. I was able to pay online and the price was very reasonable. Ten out of ten I would definitely recommend these guys over anyone else!
