Brett was great. Willing to answer all the questions I had during the inspection, he seemed to do a very thorough job of checking all the areas he could get to. He also got me the full report by the next day following the inspection, very timely! I would definitely recommend him!

I hired Brett to do the home inspection on my very first house I am purchasing- ever. It is (of course) a HUD home, with no utilities on. I am, of course, a young professional, full of questions, who followed him around and pointed at things and asked him over, and over, and over, AND OVER what that was, and what this is, and what he was doing. He answered everything and explained things to me in a way I understood without talking down to me. I appreciated his honestly, and his professionalism and his advice.
