Peter does a thorough home inspection based on his years building houses. I have used Peter 2 times, once for a house built in 1850 and once for a house built in 1933. In both cases, Peter was familiar with even the most obsque systems. On top of all that, he is very down to earth and practical. Peter is happy to answer any follow up questions either on the spot or later by phone. His reports are extraordinarily detailed including pictures and recommendations. I would not hesitate to use him again.
Peter was incredibly thorough and thoughtful, and it was incredible to have his broader expertise as a builder- he was able to help us think creatively about our space.
