Louisiana bill 66 signed into law in 2014 requires the reporting of mold to homebuyers during the home inspection. We agree with this new bill, as home inspectors should be required to disclose any moldy conditions found in the home. All American Home Inspections does report on mold as well as offering mold testing to it’s customers.
