The best customer service that I’ve ever experienced. I called Levi to get quotes for a home inspection. At first, I wouldn’t say I liked his price, but Levi explained everything. I chose him, and I am very glad I did. He went through everything one by one, and he even pointed out little things that I need to be aware of in the future. He took the time to show me my GFCI and emergency shut-off valves. He spent a few minutes extra out of his busy day to give me some tips that I will remember for the rest of my life. The best thing was that I received my report in just an hour !!!!!!! Levi is awesome.

My review is now 1 star. We had a problem with the roof in February. We discovered that the inspector did not perform a second inspection but signed off on the roof. Three different certified roofers have told us that the roof should never have passed escrow without being extensively repaired or replaced, but neither was done. We trusted this company to perform a thorough inspection, but now we are stuck with the cost of replacing our roof.

Levi is an excellent person (brutally truthful and very funny). He is not a fool when it comes to inspections, and he cares about the buyer. I had two inspections in the past done by a different company, and I hated them. I would use this company again in a heartbeat (but not any time soon as that would mean the current house fell apart).

Bobby is a wonderful home inspector. He inspected a potential new home purchase for me and I would not have found some of the issues without his knowledgeable input. He was very informative on each aspect of his inspection as he instructed on not only what he was testing, i.e., moisture test, circuit test, etc., but also the reasoning behind each test and what potential issues could be discovered. He was very prompt and made the entire experience very personable and tailored to suit my needs. After the inspection, he provided an in-depth report with photos, his recommendations on what I could do to certain aspects of the home, and also several general helpful tips that have helped me greatly as a new homeowner. I am giving a 5-star rating because he exceeded all of my needs and was an absolute pleasure to work with and also made sure my purchase was well investigated before buying (Yes, we did in fact end up buying the home!). On both occasions he was courteous and very thorough, noting several subtle issues that I wasn’t sure how to look for (or didn’t know to look for at all). He clearly explained the potential issues each item presented in person, then provided a comprehensive inspection report in what seemed like no time. His price was very reasonable and he was able to perform the inspections on short notice. I highly recommend his services.
