As a realtor, I have dealt with tons of inspectors, but it is hard to find one who is thorough and inspects the home as if they’re buying it, until I had the pleasure of working with Dunn Rite!! I have worked with Abraham on over 5 homes now including my own home purchase, and every single time, he is there early, very thorough in his inspection, VERY knowledgeable, is amazing at accommodating schedules, and the best part is usually having the report back within a day!!! Definitely my go to guy for home inspections that I recommend to clients for their inspection, he is just simply the best at what he does and does it with passion! Keep up the great work!

I have had the pleasure of working with Dunn Rite Property Inspections ( Abraham S. ) for a good while now and has never let me down! He is always there early, very knowledgeable, through with his work and explains everything to my client. He accommodates to your schedule and will have the report back to you the next day in the morning!! I absolutely love Dunn Rite Inspection Company!! I have had the privilege or working with Abraham and one other Inspector from this company and they are absolutely the best! They are thorough, knowledgeable extremely professional and just an absolute pleasure to work with! They take the best possible care of my clients and are ready and willing to address any and all concerns my buyer may have during and after the inspection. I have been working with them for a number of years now and absolutely will not use anyone else. If you want the best use Dunn Rite Inspection!
