The Covid-19 guidelines have led to families staying home much more than they are used to. This is great for the family unit. However an unhealthy home can possibly cause more problems. Mold and Radon levels can raise due to a closed home. A healthy home inspection is a good way to bring peace of mind in one area (your home) that you have control of. For the next month I will bundle these two inspections together at a discounted price. Normally priced at $425. Now through the end of September both together will be $375.

We needed a home inspection on a new home we were buying for a family member but we were also leaving town on vacation. All of our correspondence was over the phone and DunnnRight was able to coordinate with our realtor and quickly do our home inspection. We had a tight time frame and our leaving for vacation made for even more problems but DunnRight was able to make everything work. We received a call and a very detailed report of a few problems that needed correcting and we were surprised at the detailed report we received. We were able to work with the realtor and have the problems resolved and when we called DunnRight to clarify a few items he quickly responded to our call. All of our worries of being out of town during this process worked out and DunnRight played a big part in a satisfied sale.

Working with Dunn Right Inspection was great! He was very thorough and detailed, he was able to explain everything he was looking for in a way I could understand. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have the job Dunn Right!

I used DunnRight for my home inspection earlier this year. He was awesome. Definitely cared about doing it right. Was very thorough and talked with me in a way that wasn’t over-complicated. Gave me a couple tips on how to maintain things after the move in. I reccomend DunnRight!
