Dry Inspection is a service I’ve never used before. However, my previous tenants who bought my rental properties had used their services for their inspections. John and his daughter conducted the inspection in a very thorough and efficient manner. John was the person I talked to the most, as we shared a lot of interests outside the inspection. He was very knowledgeable, and the father/daughter duo worked well together. I highly recommend them to anyone. The information they provided in both the report and in person was accurate.
