If you are looking for a thorough inspection and a detailed report at affordable prices, please read on. I provide thorough inspections that last approx 3 hours and I generate a detailed report that is normally 30-40 pages long with plenty of pictures.
I cater to the first time home buyer because they are nervous enough about making a major purchase and they want to know what they are buying. I like to walk my clients through the inspection and explain things in detail. That would be what I find and just regular maintenance that should be performed as a home owner.

He is so detail oriented and inspects homes as it were a home he was purchasing for his family. He went above and beyond and thoroughly inspected, what was going to be our future home and saved us from some major issues.
