California doesn’t require state level licensing for home inspectors. Because of this, there are no established minimums for education or experience for home inspectors. Our inspectors are certified by InterNACHI, the worlds largest home inspectors association. They have completed numerous hours of training specific to home inspections, as well as having at least 10 years of construction industry experience. They participate in monthly, and annual training in classroom and hands on environments.

Daniel is a very good inspector, very nice, and super thorough with the Home Inspection. The report was very detailed and helpful. We’ll definitely be using him again in the future if needed. And I will be recommending him to Family and Friends.

I would, without a doubt recommend Dynamic Inspections for all your home inspection needs. From day one, Daniel was courteous, professional, and timely. As well as returning a very thorough report, Daniel made time to give my fiancée the run down he needed as a first time home buyer, and answered ALL of our questions. Daniel explained in detail what was in the report, showed us how to navigate the report electronically, and even followed up with us after closing.

Was very thorough from the minute I called to get information and a quote. He went into detail about what was going to be inspected and how soon the report would be completed (immediately after). He didn’t seem irritated by any questions I had (first time home buyer so I had a few that were probably silly). When I met him at the house he took his time doing the inspection and went over EVERYTHING on the report afterwards. Answered all my questions and was patient and honest. Super grateful that I found a good inspector for our first home!
