Home inspector did a great job, he was able to inspect our property right away, was thorough, had a nice easy to read report ready for us the same day as inspection. He was available to answer any questions we had and walked us through any concerns that we might have. I would highly recommend!
My husband and I are very conservative and hardly leave any reviews. However, we needed to come here and say that Igor was the BEST inspector ever! He took his time with the inspection, noticed things that we didn’t even know were visible, explained everything that was found, explained how to fix the issues, and gave us great advice as homebuyers. Igor was phenomenal! He arrived to the Home Inspection early, he was extremely knowledgeable, and very detailed oriented. He answered every question we had, explaining more technical problem areas in more simple terms to where we can understand the issues.
