Having recently purchased a new home myself, I am well aware of the issues home buyers are confronted with when looking for a home. I have worked in the commercial construction field for 40 years, working my way up to project manager. I led the construction of hotels, hospitals, office buildings, schools, churches, and renovations of various aged structures and residential communities. I’ve learned to look at the details of structures with the knowledge of how the components work together, a tool I use in inspections. My goal is to take time to get know and understand my client’s needs and concerns to assist with a successful home buying experience.

Mike was incredibly thorough in his inspection and responsive to all questions throughout the process.
Gave us updates thoughout the process, which helped ease my nerves. He was professional and sensitive to our situation. Mike is friendly, knowledgeable and transparent. He explained his membership in a professional organization that ensures his inspection; so if he ever did make an error the customer wouldn’t suffer a financial consequence. I had never heard of that before. He doesn’t seem like the type of guy who misses much and we have a lengthy document to prove it. It’s a real confidence builder to have a clear picture of what your buying.
