This company conducted the most unethical, inaccurate, and unprofessional inspection I have ever participated in. I must generalize some of the claims to the report being copyrighted, however I will summarize some of the most egregious actions of this company. I highly advise using someone else.

I would HIGHLY recommend this company. My buyer’s have used them over the past 6 years and every one of my clients have told me that they felt at ease with Brian and Jacob. They are very professional and they definitely know the ins and outs of a home. They are very reasonable in their pricing and they get us the inspection reports in a timely manner. Eagle Property completed two very thorough inspections for me. I had the pleasure of working with Jacob on both. The first time was for a single family home and second was a town home. Jacob was very knowledgeable, friendly and patient. I’m the type of buyer that needs to know EVERYTHING and he was great about explaining things (and in simple terms for beginners like me). The inspection report was very professional and I plan to use it as a reference for upcoming projects

Jacob inspected our home for us with incredible patience and attention to detail. I followed him from beginning to end and he talked me through every step. (This was because I wanted to be involved. ) He allowed many questions along the way and was thorough in his answering. He made everything easy to understand without any ego or bravado. Our crawl space was filled with debris and to give us a complete inspection he continued on regardless. He took his time and was very knowledgeable. He also had appropriate boundaries letting us know what information he was able to provide and if not who the best person for specific information might be. I could not have been more pleased with my experience as a first time home buyer.
