East Alabama Home Inspectors does an amazing job at finding anything he can that could potentially be a problem. He was there on time and did not wait to start. Brad knows the business very well. It does not stop there! After the fact, he is there to help you with getting the right people for a repair or renovation!

I thoroughly appreciated the quality inspection and review provided by Brad at EAHI. His process and evaluation were very structured and detailed with a high level of professionalism above what I expected. Brad was very willing to have me alongside for much of the inspection to hear his findings as he recorded them and to address any concerns I had as they arose. I found his commentary very knowledgeable and I even appreciated his points of education on what to expect when certain aspects of the home approach the time for professional servicing.

This man inspected our home. We lost the sale because of his incompetence. He didn’t know how the fireplaces turned on, noted the were inoperable. Same with some switches and fans. Made suggestions to the home buyer that were opinions and NOT relevant to a home inspection. We had someone else in his field come by to go over the list he gave our buyers and nothing matched up. Left our back gate open (our dogs got out) left half the switch board turned off, left wires hanging out of the fireplace.

Brad is the most professional, reliable, and detailed inspector I have ever used. Not only did he send a thorough report, he also contacted me to see if I had any questions. Because of his inspection, I saved thousands and thousands of dollars by declining to purchase a property that I thought had been completely renovated. I will always use Brad for my inspections prior to any home purchase in our area.

Throughout the inspection Brad examined everything thoroughly. As we walked through the house he carefully explained all kinds of things to me, from the fastenings on the circuit breaker box to the improper construction of the deck. I was grateful to have someone who wasn’t sugar-coating the situation for me, so I knew exactly what I was getting myself into when purchasing the home. Brad arrived earlier than on time and was ready to review his findings with me once I arrived at the property. He also offered several extremely helpful specific inspections in addition to the general inspection. Though Brad’s efforts we found out the condition of the chimney, the sewer system, and some missing insulation and trapped moisture in the walls that a visual inspection would not have revealed. East Alabama Home Inspectors equipped me to make the right decision about the home, and I would recommend their services to anyone!

We had an AMAZING experience working with Brad H. He was very informative up front and making sure all our needs were going to be met. We are a military family purchasing a home out of state so we aren’t there to check everything out. He was EXTREMELY detailed and called during the inspection to give me an update and to again ask we had any concerns he should double check. The inspection report blew me away. So many details and pictures I didn’t expect. Even giving us info we will need down the road for maintenance/upgrades which is amazing because we are first time homeowners!
