I can confidently affirm that Charles Halbert is a reliable and trustworthy inspector. In addition to being an ASHI certified inspector, Charles is also an NEHA certified radon inspector. He is also certified by the state of CT, so you can be assured that the tests are carried out properly. In carrying out the inspection, Charles was methodical, careful, and detailed. His full report of the inspection consisted of 40 pages, which included a 16-page summary that proved extremely helpful for determining whether to purchase the house.

Not only did he carry out the inspection thoroughly, spending more than the usual two and a half hours that are commonly spent by other inspectors, Charlie also gave clear explanations to my questions.
