Mike’s a very honest and personable inspector. We called him to do an inspection on house we were looking at and he steered us clear of a disaster! He pointed out some things that led us to do a little more research on the place. This looking a little deeper showed us that the house was WAY overpriced, had been cheaply “flipped” by a money-hungry realtor. We liked the house but not enough to pay at least $60,000 more than was fair! It was a really tough time dealing with that realtor and Mike was pretty much our rescuer. Now he’s inspected the house we’ve decided to buy and we’re moving in knowing exactly what we’re getting, b/c of his exhaustive and high-quality inspection, reporting and debriefing! I highly recommend him.

Mike did a great job, great attention detail, went through everything with us and explained what was wrong and why it was wrong. He really went above and beyond making sure we know what we are buying. I would highly recommend him and will use him in the future.

Mike did our home inspection when we bought our home last year. He went out of his way to help. The inspection was very thoroughly done, and we got an expertly written inspection document after he completed the job. Highly recommended!!

The first one had issues and he was very thorough and able to explain things so I understood. The second house he inspected for me had no major issues, but he still found and pointed out things that need improved. Also friendly and overall very knowledgeable.

I was nervous about getting an inspector as this was the first time I experienced needing one. I wanted to make sure I got the right one. I looked on-line to find one and the reviews I read on Mike were great, I now know why. I scheduled an appointment with Mike to be done in Waverly. He was very prompt and courteous in contacting me and arranging the appointment. I can not say enough about his professionalism and knowledge. He went above and beyond to help me with this inspection and never once did I feel as though I was wasting his time. He listened and answered questions as they were asked and spent a great deal of time going over his findings with me. He spent several hours going over every inch of the property and then more so afterwards to create the report. The report that I received was easy to read and will help with future maintenance on the home as well as the items that need to be addressed before the purchase. I would highly recommend him, he is most certainly worth every penny I spent.
