Joe grew up in the South Hills of Pittsburgh in Bethel Park. After high school he attended the University of Pittsburgh on a baseball scholarship and received a degree in marketing. After Pitt he played professional baseball for the next four years for the Houston Astros. After his baseball career was over he worked in pharmaceutical sales and as a Realtor. He loves all facets of real estate and has been a real estate investor as well as a landlord for 7 years. He currently lives in Washington County with his wife, their son, their Great Dane, and their cat.

He provides a very professional report packed with details & photos of the inspection, a pre-closing check list, a books worth of home care & repair information, and I received a link to download my report later that day. AND his price beat all the inspectors that my realtor recommended and others I found online.
