Got more than I expected and feel like I got my money’s worth. Only suggestion I’d have is would have liked to have seen a picture of the thermostat present in report. But that’s literally nothing and would still highly recommend EC Home Inspections.
Completed physical inspection followed by a complete detailed report. I highly recommend to anyone in the real estate market, both buyers and sellers.

The report he made was very thorough and easy to follow. He was able to answer the questions I had regarding the inspection and gave great recommendations. I definitely recommend him!
