We were impressed with the thoroughness of the Tom’s! The Tom’s walked us through the house and explained their findings in a way we were able to understand their findings. They even had a sense of humor with us. The inspection report was great and arrived before the time they said it would.

I paid to have a complete attic to crawlspace and radon home inspected in Hoffman Estates. The inspectors were too lazy to do a proper inspection in the crawlspace and also the attic. They failed to inform me of the damages to the clearly evident broken floor joist and also huge amounts of mold in the attic and broken ceiling joists. When I called management they didn’t even bother to come out and didn’t care to see what I was talking about, even after I showed them pictures of what they failed to mention in the digital report. If I would have contracted another company I’m sure they would have done a better job. Please think twice before trusting this company. Don’t get stuck with a home due to a bad inspection like I did. It is worth even hiring a carpenter or a contractor with proper knowledge to let you know the real condition of the home. This company has no ethics and the inspectors are too lazy to do their job right.

The guys showed up early and were extremely thorough. They took time to explain everything and answer questions and even made the experience fun with their great personalities. Most importantly, my report was issued immediately after inspection which was extremely helpful for the whole process. Great job guys! Thank you!
