We had him inspect 2 homes and at first we thought he was very thorough until we found out he missed tons of issues in the property we currently live in . Plumbing for the most part and electric wires in the attic were live !! Makes me wonder how good he is . Don’t recommend this company and he’s definitely not worthy of a 5 star google review like it says on google . Don’t call this company at all . I purchased my property in august and decided to write the review now because I was holding back from making it public.
Woytec was very professional and did thorough inspection of the condo I am purchasing. He found problems that I’m sure I would have missed. He was on time and followed protocol for these trying COVID-19 times. I really appreciate his work.
