Very thorough! Recently hired Emerson to do an inspection on a home we were interested in purchasing. He was very meticulous in his report, which we received the evening of the same day that the inspection was performed. He was also responsive after the fact, and he was wonderful about explaining the findings that we had questions about. Definitely recommend!!

Just finished an inspection with Emerson on a new build. I was on the fence about spending the money since it’s new construction. So glad I did! Not only did he inspect the home in and out but he took the time to explain to me how all of the systems in the home work together. More than just a simple thumbs up or thumbs down, Emerson identified opportunities to improve, reinforce and strengthen the home as to avoid future problems. In addition, he identified risks with some of the design techniques the builders used, such as exhaust piping, and armed me with early warning signs to be mindful of. Emerson and his team performed a very thorough inspection of the property we were considering purchasing.
