Mike Rawlings at Emery Home Inspection did a home inspection for us in 2011 and at a different location in 2019. I appreciate that he allows the buyer to be present at the inspection, and he does a great job of walking you through what he is seeing. Very helpful!
He also gave me some tips and trick to keep in mind as we are first time home buyers.
He was very professional and took the time to explain what he found, both good and bad, in terms my wife and I both understood. He even took time to look at two things not covered in the regular inspection. I would recommend him to anyone who needs a home inspection.
