That helps buyers quite a bit in understanding what the findings are in their home inspection. He will also take calls from them after the fact, if they are unable to be present for the inspection. His turn time from inspection to report is usually same day also. Highly recommend Entropy Concepts.
John Stanley is by far the best home inspector in the state. He is exceptionally detail oriented and will find and explain everything he finds in his inspection report. I own 34 apartments in thr Albuquerque Metro and would not even think of going anywhere else. John always saves me from purchasing disasters and helps me find Excellent properties in good shape.
