My name is Bryan Ernst, Certified Professional Home Inspector here at Ernst Home Inspections. We are a family owned and operated business and we are not your average home inspection company— we do things a little different here.

We spend a great deal of time with you before, during, and after your home inspection. We start by reviewing the inspection agreement with you before we perform the inspection. We work with you during the inspection as well, answering your questions and showing you how your home works.

Bryan was professional, thorough, and very informative during a house inspection for a property that I was buying. He walked us thru every inch of the home and provided us his findings. He also provided an all-inclusive home inspection report that clearly listed all issues a buyer should be aware of and proposed actions to alleviate such issues. He also gave us his past experiences with radon testing for the Carriage Trails neighborhood and recommended that we include that as part of the inspection and I am glad I did. I would definitely recommend Bryan and Ernst Inspections for anyone in the Dayton area.

It was great to interact with Bryan. He explained everything in pretty detail and answered all our questions very well. The report received had all the details explained along with recommendations/guidelines with multiple photograhs, which could be a very good reference later. I would absolutely recommend using their service to anyone.

Bryan performed whole house inspection, mold, termite, and radon. He was prompt, courteous and very knowledgeable. After performing inspections, he walked us through each area and told us what issues were present and what was necessary to correct them. By the next day I had the report. I would highly recommend Bryan Ernst to anyone that needs inspections. I promise, you will not be disappointed.
