Gerald took the time to point all the good things and bad things and explain in full depth all of my concerns. He had so much patience with my numerous questions and didn’t flinch when our time schedule ran over a half hour. I have used three other home inspectors before that were all very friendly but never stopped to actually explain what things effect. Best price around and genuinely great service you can trust. I wouldn’t refer anyone else.
Erwin home inspection is the inspector my realtor recommended I used when I bought my house in April 2020 in Marysville Ohio. Jerry completely missed 3 visible holes in the roof, failed to tell us that we wouldn’t be able to access our utilities lines such as plumbing/electric because the crawl space was not deep enough for anyone to crawl through, failed to tell us the entire back part of the house was built with no foundation and much much more! He told us as first time homebuyers it was a perfect fit, but about a week or so after we signed the papers we started discovering all the issues
