Very professional. Saved me over $150.000 on my purchase of a 42 unit apartment complex. Great inspection reports.Easy to understand and very informative.
This is our first home to buy and I’ve learned through this process that getting an inspector is the best money you can spend, as it will save you so much money on the long run, but unfortunately we spent it to the wrong inspector. He said “That he couldn’t find ANYTHING”..Really????…. just from the first few days after our closing I found a broken outlet, damaged wall, the shower heads and faucets are all rusty, you can’t even take a good shower because half of the water is not getting through but going down the faucet. That costed us about $200. Then a week after the move we get a water leak from the bathroom to the kitchen…wow really?? ….. just imagine how that makes you feel…. and that costs us more $$$. Also windows are not in good condition but we are not ready to open that door just yet ….. At this point all I can say is, if your gonna spend money on inspection then make sure you do your research. Now this may be a good company but the inspector that come to inspect our place wasn’t good at his job at all….. instead of saving me money, I started spending while I still have boxes to unpack..
