He is very detail oriented. We are out of state investors, so e-mailed us house photos. The problem areas were well explained in a written report, as well as supported with graphics on the pictures he sent. Check out a sample of his report on the his website. It is exact description of what he did for us. As a project manager he proved himself to be knowledgeable and reliable. We will definitely hire him again and would recommend to others

I wanted to thank Frank of Evergreen home inspection .I am purchasing my father a condo after having a new baby boy it’s important to have him close by so that he can grow with my son as I did with my grandparents the sq ft was only 833 sq ft and within that little area Frank took 2 hours to literally go through all points of the condo,outlets,ducts,furnace,heat,all appliances checked for leaks gapes bubbles in pipes,even checked the ground and the basement which was a common area,the man even took the time to seek out the air conditioner which was outside of the condo. I want to thank you Frank for helping a retired ol E 9 purchase a home with a little more ease and less worry so the man can enjoy retirement in Peace
