Chris did a fantastic job inspecting our potential future home. His thoroughness revealed several small as well as large items that we can now review with the seller. Chris did an excellent job breaking down which repairs were essential, and those which might require future fixes. His reports were detailed, the included photographs were clear, and overall the reports were very professionally put together. I wouldn’t hesitate to hire Chris again for future inspections.

We are purchasing a new build home and several people said an inspection probably wasn’t needed, as our builder has had to have every major stage of the building process inspected by the city, including a final occupancy permit inspection (that it passed). My gut told me to go ahead and have Chris do an independent inspection even though it wasn’t required, and we are so happy we did! Chris and his team are incredibly knowledgeable, professional, meticulous, and thorough—everything we wanted in an inspector. He caught quite a few things the city inspector missed. Most things were very small and easily missed, but having them fixed could save us thousands in repairs over the lifetime of our home. Most things he noticed are not even going to be a big deal to fix, but will be worth it, and no one else would have caught these things. He also gave us some really great tips for how to care for our home and maintain some things that we really appreciate as first time home buyers. His pricing was very fair and worth every penny. I liked that the inspector (Chris Jacobi) was very knowledgeable about a variety of subjects. He also explained everything very well so that I understand what he had found and what it meant. The turnaround on the report was also very fast coming only hours after the inspection. Would definitely work with him again, and would recommend to anyone needing an inspection.
