Lied about multiple things. Told us random information and “forgot to mention” he didn’t even inspect areas. Showed up an hour late, tried to bill us twice, I could go on and on about how terrible our experience was with him. Save your money and find someone that knows what they’re doing and can prove they are even certified.
We were presented with a detailed report and were walked through each issue. Highly recommend!!
You could tell he cared about making sure everything was done right. He is priced well. The report was well detailed and included pictures of any concerns.
