I can describe my experience with Fidelity as professional, and they responded to all of my concerns. Lane Ward was the final-phase inspector. He called me before the inspection to make sure that he had checked everything I was worried about. He was very patient and thorough when answering my questions as a first-time home buyer. Lane’s expertise and level of knowledge impressed me.

We are first time home buyers and picking someone to inspect our home was not an easy choice I inquired with between 15-20 people before deciding. Bill seemed very informative and detailed with reasonable rates. He arrived to our home before us the day of the inspection. He went through the whole inspection with me while explaining every step. He offered suggestions for the future and now. Bill answered all my questions and was very attentive. I can tell that Bill loves his job and has so much knowledge. After the inspection and radon test results he sent us a detailed report with pictures. But what I like the most about Bill is after everything was done he asked me what he could do to improve. This is a guy that has a passion for what he does and wants to leave his customers happy and that’s awesome. I mean he crawled in my crawl space and inspected my whole roof this guy is an all star.
