Kayla completed two home inspections for us and both were excellent. The report was extremely detailed and she is very knowledgeable. Kayla is professional and she is highly recommended.

I would recommend anyone that’s buying a home to have and very good inspection. It may seem a big much or you may think they are giving you a lot of information you may not lot but Kayla save us from buying a property that would cost over 100,000 in repairs or even more.Kayla did her job 100%. Kayla was great. We had an inspection scheduled on Saturday with a different company and they didn’t show. So at about 230 I called Kayla and asked if there was any way that she could make it that day. She checked her schedule and showed up within an hour. The inspection and report were very detailed. She took her time and checked every nook and cranny. In fact, we got the report in less than two days. (And it cost less than the original company we booked) I was just looking at the negative reviews on here.. it seems like the two people are complaining she was too thorough? A home inspector’s job is to find problems and recommend solutions.
