Fipps Inspections

Zach came out and did an inspection on my house last week and was very thorough! I’m a first time home buyer and he stayed patient with me as I asked so many questions and made sure to fully explain everything in detail and write down recommendations of products. It was nice to have someone really teach me what to look out for and what’s what of a house in a respectful manner. He also talked to me about things to look out for and said if I had questions or needed anything to give him a call anytime and he’d be able to help. Will definitely be telling all my friends to check them out for their future homes

Mr Fipps showed up early with the realtor before the scheduled appointment. And was done with the inspection when I got there. Unimpressive, I would never hire him again.

Kim did an amazing job inspecting our new home. We were very satisfied with quality of work he did. Not only did he point out things needed to be fixed in the house but also made friendly suggestions on improving the home. I highly recommend giving them a call if you are in the process of buying a home.

He showed up early before our scheduled appointment and was done before I got there! This was last October, but I need to get a review in because since then we have spent at least 15,000 on repairs!! We have electrical problems that weren’t caught water problems, and etc!! 350.00 for what????? To tell me I need a handrail!! He missed so much stuff! I would never ever use or trust this guy!! Very very upset!!!
