We have used Larry for 3 home inspections. From the first meeting, Larry is friendly and a person with whom it is easy to work. He is consistently early to the inspection to get a sense of the home before meeting with the client. Larry is extremely thorough and explains everything in detail as you move through your home inspection. Additionally, his reports are comprehensive and detailed and make a great reference for the future. He is always responsive to all questions well after the home inspection and report have been completed. I highly recommend First Choice.

Larry from First Choice Home Inspection was phenomenal and made our inspection process so smooth and informative. As a first time home buyer, it was extremely important for us to find someone who was going to be thorough and meticulous and that is exactly what he was! Also, he was able to get us in the next day and that is what is needed especially in this market. He is honest and has great prices. Thank you again Larry!

We had agreed on a time and when I arrived, he was already there checking the roof. Very informative and really broke it down for me. Made me feel safe and secure of my very first house.
