The priority’s home inspection was horrifying. When we moved into the house, we discovered a huge infestation of mice and squirrels. We’ve found severe mould colonies in bathroom vanities and sagging kitchen drywall. This company is appalling. If your realtor says that they will inspect your home or if you want to have an inspection done on your own house, do not pay them any money. You’ll regret it.

Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for Jim’s expertise. We were initially under contract for a home that had been recently remodeled and the upgrades made the home stylish and fresh. However, Jim uncovered serious structural issues behind the outward appearances. Amateur electrical wiring, poor landscaping, and a myriad of other problems were also identified. Jim provided detailed photos and explanations that allowed me to understand the risk these issues posed. We decided to end our contract and continue our search. We hired Jim to inspect the second house we entered into contract with and he continued to impress us.
