I had the honor of having Jim Cones inspect a prospective house for me here recently. I respect his knowledge, punctuality, and willingness to help. He was incredibly through throughout his inspection, and left a very detailed report. I was very pleased with his work, his respect, and also his friendliness. 10/10 would recommend, and I will be using him in the future.

Words cannot express how grateful my husband and I are for Jim’s expertise. We were initially under contract for a home that had been recently remodeled and the upgrades made the home stylish and fresh. However, Jim uncovered serious structural issues behind the outward appearances. Amateur electrical wiring, poor landscaping, and a myriad of other problems were also identified. Jim provided detailed photos and explanations that allowed me to understand the risk these issues posed. We decided to end our contract and continue our search. We hired Jim to inspect the second house we entered into contract with and he continued to impress us. Although he was able to identify several issues, these paled compared to the prior house, and we decided to stick with the house since we trust his judgement. His professionalism and kindness further enhanced the working relationship. We highly highly recommend First Priority Home Inspections to help you finalize such an important investment and feel confident about your new home!
