The worker came on time & got to work right away.He was friendly,pleasant & was willing to answer all my questions.The inspection was for a house I am in contract to purchase.He was very thorough & checked the house top to bottom,front to back,left to right.He was able to find all the major & minor things wrong which helped tremendously with my negotiations with my purchase.I would definitely reuse them & recommend them to others.
As a first-time home buyer, I knew I needed to hire an experienced and knowledgeable home inspector. Cameron came out to my almost 90 year old house in Clintonville and spent three and a half hours with me. Being a newbie homebuyer, I peppered him with a million questions which he answered with patience and understanding. All inspectors at Flinn Inspection Group have experience in the construction industry, so Cameron’s inspection and advice were all extremely thorough
Inspector went to the home early from when we agreed to meet and when we got there said he was almost done with the inspection, would have liked to go through the house with him. After living in the home for a year and a half realized there were things missed that I wish he would have caught during the inspection. Polite and answered questions but not happy with him starting without us when we agreed to meet at a certain time and not happy with quality of inspection.
Very nice company to work with. Highly knowledgeable and report was very clear and concise. Would highly recommend and will continue to recommend to family and friends!
This is the second time I have used Flynn Inspection during the process of purchasing a home. I can not say enough good things about them. They were thorough and provided MORE than information for me to make an intelligent decision regarding this purchase. The report was detailed, provided pictures and Jessica was extremely professional and competent. I will NEVER purchase a home without a Flynn Inspection.
Very responsive throughout the process. Recognized potential issues and explained findings in a clear and concise manner, identified potential remedies, offered advice, and offered clarity throughout the post inspection process. The home we bought was older with it’s own personality and the report that Christian made up was very detailed and comprehensive. The report allowed us to work with the seller in remedying a few items but will also offer a short and long-term maintenance plan for the future.
