Very through and gave a good clear report. He also sat down and discussed all his findings with me. He is based in Manhattan, KS but for a travel fee came to Belleville. My only complaint is that I arrived 10-15 minutes before the inspections was scheduled. He was already there and was complaining about the home owner being late. Perhaps we had some misunderstanding?

He inspected my home, missed an electrical wiring problem that was visible, causing my AC unit to need replacement. I have owned the home for a few months and have to replace the AC unit. The phone call with Dave yesterday went smooth enough as he told us to send him the invoice and he would take care of it, well now that he heard how much it was going to cost he reneged on that offer stating that he is protected from this under his contract. Do not trust him.
