My name is Rob Florence and Florence Home Inspections is a locally owned and operated company that values honesty and integrity. I specialize in residual home inspections and offer a fast turnaround on comprehensive inspection reports.

I have over 20 years of experience in the construction, real estate and inspection industry. I received my Bachelor’s Degree from Wright State University in 2005 and my inspection certification from Hondros College of Business in 2006. I’m a veteran of over 18 years having served in the US Armed Forces since 1999. I’m currently a member of the Springfield Ohio Board of Realtors.

We will in Columbus, OH.. so of course there are tons of options to chose from here. However, we selected Florence because he came highly recommended. Rob and his team work fantastic to work with. Very detailed and thorough! Highly recommended!

Very professional and thorough inspection. Rob and his team provided me with the inspection, in conjunction with his wife being my real estate agent. This unique set up gave me the opportunity to know, in advance, what I could expect from the inspection process during the final aspects of selling my home.

FHI did two home inspections for me. One pre-inspection on the home I sold and one on a home I am purchasing. The pre-inspection really set my mind at ease going into listing my house. Rob and his team took the time to show me how different features in our new and old home work. They went above and beyond when the buyer’s inspector turned off the gas fireplace by moving it to pilot and listed it as non-functioning. Rob came back, opened the unit, showed me how to do basic maintenance, and got it back to working with a flip of a switch. Rob and team made my sales and purchase process easy. I’m thankful for them and definitely recommend them to anyone and everyone.
