• For the last decade I’ve been printing out my reports on site and I still can, it just doesn’t make sense any longer. My inspections have become so laden with photographs that it’s much more suited to viewing on a computer. I still develop the report on site, but now I email a PDF binder to my clients. The PDF is universally viewed on almost any computer and it’s a single file with tiled annotated photos and the full report. I have had great feedback on this and it makes life easier for everyone involved. Realtors, insurance companies and the clients absolutely love it!

He was able to provide an inspection on short notice which was imperative for me due to the short time line during home purchase. He pointed out many very helpful tips and things to have inspected closer. Additionally, his price was extremely reasonable (and very competitive) especially for the 4+ hours of effort he put in to the inspection.
A first time homebuying experience is inevitably intimidating and overwhelming. Nick’s inspection assured us that we were making the right decision and moving forward on a house we would love. Nick was thorough with every detail–documenting down to each crack in the tile and shaky door knob. After scheduling an inspection with him, we later found out he had already inspected the same house for another potential buyer only a week before. This however, did not stop Nick from walking every inch of the property–including an insanely pitched roof–a second time. He created a brand new report, even more detailed than his original, and followed up on all his previously raised concerns. Nick was polite, professional, and has a charming sense of humor. It is apparent he takes pride in his work and provides all of his discoveries honestly. We are immensely grateful for his leveling voice of reason though this process and are happily living in our new home thanks to his input.
He was very thorough with our inspection. Also he gave clear answers to any question or concerns we had. I would definitely recommend his service.
