Overall I am not a fan of property inspections as I have never had anyone really find anything that was significant. In most cases they know less than the average DIYer. In this case, the inspector missed documenting some significant foundation damage which I had to request he add to the report. I also felt many thins were downplayed in order to move the property sale forward. The whole experience cost almost $600. I would not recommend this company.

It was clear he was a professional from the start. At the beginning of the inspection I expressed that I was very interested in learning what he was looking for and throughout the inspection he graciously explained what he was doing and why. He kept a positive, upbeat attitude for the duration of the day, even while digging for the septic in 100+ degree heat. He made our home inspection an educational and interesting experience.
