y wife Shelly and I were married in 1982 while attending the University of Akron. We currently reside in Wadsworth where we have been since 1988. We have been blessed with two married adult children four wonderful grandchildren.
Shelly is a retired school nurse and is now teaching piano lessons. I spent over 30 years as a software engineer at a local company. That experience taught me to pay attention to detail and to get it right the first time. I apply those lessons to my property inspections every day.

Home Buying inspection. I am buying this house while out of state. Trusting a well organized inspector is what you want, he was able to do this inspection the week I called. I was not able to be at the house during the inspection, the pictures and easy to follow descriptions are very through. I felt he did a great job on a house I am purchasing “as is” and when I resale I think it will add value to my house to something comparable. A++
He clearly identified all of the issues and was genuinely concerned about finding out everything he could about the home. If you need a home inspector this is the only place you need to look.
He worked with me on very short notice and right before the holiday. From start to finish he was polite, knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. He also took COVID safety measures seriously. 10/10 recommend to anyone
