Our reputation is what sets us apart from our competition. We are thorough and our clients appreciate it! We are in this business to honestly and thoroughly inspect every property to enable our clients to make the most educated decisions about buying or selling their home. What we put in our reports is the actual true condition of the property in detail with lots of photos. Many of our competitors in the Omaha metro use checklist reports with vague canned verbiage and you’re left wondering what they actually found. Our home inspections take 3-4 hours on-site, not including another 1 1/2 – 2 hours of writing the report. Larger homes take much more time. When we are done inspecting your property, you’ll know exactly what you are buying or selling.

Go for the GREG!!- I have been told the same from my friends and Family who had the great experience working with Greg for getting their inspection done. I’m one more fully satisfied customer in a position to say Go for the Greg!! 🙂 Trust me, you will not find the better person to do this job. He just went out of his way to help me on the furnace issue which seller’s agent was not agreed for and he ended up calling to the company who fixed it and have them schedule to verify their fix so that they can find the crack in heat exchanger and replace it. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and punctual If I ever require these services again I’ll be sure to call GREG first! Thanks you, GREG!!

Greg was thorough and very good at explaining what he found. His details were precise and useful. My lending agent told me when he asked who I was having do the inspection, that Greg was hyper-extensive and that he had a reputation, and I agree. He knew I was a first time home buyer so he took the time to give pieces of advice and gave some tips on methods to potentially fix some of the reported issues. Thanks!

F2R Inspections to inspect some new siding and roofing October 12, 2020 1:14 pm

Over a year ago, I used Greg from F2R Inspections to inspect some new siding and roofing I had replaced as part of an insurance claim. While Greg has an excellent attention to detail, he’s also able to summarize his findings so you understand the most important items. I’ll be hiring him again!
