He was extremely thorough, honest, professional and informative. He made my first time home buying experience extremely easy. Not to mention, he had my inspection scheduled and completed in less than a week after I called. 10/10 would recommend!
In following him around during the home inspection, I was impressed at how many things he checked that I wouldn’t have even thought of. He tested the plugs to see if they were wired correctly, he identified all the pipes / vents that I was questioning, and he even found a structural issue that I had missed completely. And the report was done so fast — it was in my email before I even woke up the next morning! The report was easy to read and even my realtor said it was one of the most comprehensive AND easy to follow reports she has even seen. Highly recommend without hesitation!
