Very thorough, honest, and helpful. He went above and beyond to help us. He is very knowledgeable. He is very thorough in his notes and estimates which we really appreciate. He is very kind, and patient. I highly recommend him! We will definitely use him for all our home inspections and repairs.

Drop the rating to a 1!!!! The inspector was friendly, did point out several minor issues, and on the surface seemed to do a through job. Unfortunately, there are at lease four places where portions of the soffit, fascia, and supporting 2×4’s rotting away and had to be replaced. The person who replaced the rotten wood also looked at the chimney. The backside (roof side) needed chalking badly. It was a mess and didn’t happen in the six months since I purchased the property.
