Even things done right but could be done better were explained and future damage from them warned. I feel like I know what my new home needs and I really felt like I could trust him.

It really helped us determine if we should buy the property. More than that, Bryan was personable, honest, and detained in his description of the property in the walk through. We used him because he was local, but I would recommend this company to anyone needing a home inspection.
