Absolute professional. Responded to my initial contact quickly. He explained the process and scheduled an appointment with flexibility. He showed up promptly for the appointment, explained what he was looking for in a 4pt inspection and went about his business. He called to my attention any findings and explained the issue. The report was comprehensive, easy to understand and issued shortly after the inspection. Price was fair for the job.
This is second home that we have used Jim Reynolds for a home inspection. Jim is very through from the attic to the yard sprinklers, garage, home siding, appliances, plumbing, EVERYTHING. He found several issues that we are addressing with the seller. Im sure that will save us a lot of money and problems down the road. I highly recommend Jim

Hired this company to perform home inspection prior to purchasing. Mr. Reynolds arrived early, & had even assessed a few external areas by the time I arrived. This inspector was friendly & explained the process to my 4 year old son throughout- He discussed findings prior to my departure & was prompt in sending a detailed completed copy of the inspection.
