Over charged us and putting up with his attitude was insulting. He treated us like we were totally ignorant; his inspection was generalized and ambiguous. He didn’t address the major issues and rushed the inspection so he could leave. He was the most expensive so we were thinking he would do a good job. HE DIDN’T. Don’t waste your money.

Realizing how important buying a home was, we thoroughly reviewed all of our options about whom we’d have inspect our newly built forever home. You’d think that by purchasing a brand new home that had yet to be lived in before that very few concerns would be discovered during a home inspection. We were majorly surprised at the long list of things that needed to be fixed prior to us even considering moving forward with pursuing the home we were interested in. We can only imagine the out of pocket repairs we would’ve needed to have done had we not received Rick’s extensive list of stuff that we had the builder repair/fix/bring up to code prior to moving forward with pursuing the home. Not only did we get an over the top thorough inspection, we were thoroughly educated with every aspect of the process. We felt that Rick truly went above and beyond what we expected to receive and would definitely recommend him to anyone looking to receive a THOROUGH & HONEST assessment of the home you’re looking to purchase.

Spent a good amount of time inspecting my new build and went through everything thoroughly. Very polite, professional and explained everything in detail so that I can explain it to my builder as well.
