I only knew of one “mobile home tie-down inspector” in my area of Polk County until I discovered this company. As an insurance agent, I need inspections to be sent to me as soon as possible. Perry Reeves has gone above and beyond what I’ve requested from him in the past. He and his team have willingly reinspected homes that needed a couple things fixed before getting approved by the insurance companies’ underwriting departments. If they don’t answer the phone on first call, they will get back to you typically within a few hours. This is a good company and I recommend them for any of your insurance inspections!
