Carlos extremely professional and knowledgeable in his craft. He spent over 2+ hours going over the entire house from top to bottom. Took his timing making sure everything was examined. Carlos has the latest equipment to look through the walls for those things unseen by the naked eye. My wife and I had been looking for at least a year and dealt with many inspectors. So I can speak from experience and comparison. I highly recommend Carlos as an inspector, you won’t be sorry.

Got Carlos through a referral and I must say I was extremely impressed at how thorough he was. I noticed a few things with the property but he pointed out way more stuff that I missed. He also found asbestos in the pipes in the garage that I was blind too. Infrared Machines to detect efficiency and electric issues. I’ve bought real estate in the past and never seen them do the things that Carlos uncovers.
