The service was great, no problems at all. He helped us on a short schedule when another inspector was too busy to help us get our first home. He was more than accommodating with our schedules and our needs. Would recommend him to everyone. Very good inspector, and he definitely knows his stuff.

Gary was an awesome inspector to work with. Showed us things we didn’t notice and checked things we were worried about. Gave us tons of tips on things to do. Highly recommend and would definitely work with again.

Horrible experience. First time we scheduled, he didn’t show up. We called him, and was in the hospital for an emergency check up. Okay, totally fine, we understand. However, he said he would have his ride come get him and he would be there shortly, he never showed. Did not answer calls or texts. The reschedule date, he did not show up, or call, or text, and ignored all calls.
