GC Home Inspection

This was my first home buying experience and they were very helpful and willing to explain the process, over the phone, while I was setting up the appointment. After receiving the inspection, and I did opt for the thermal imaging, I reviewed the report and had a clear idea of what condition the house was in. Additionally, my realtor reviewed the inspection report as well and was extremely impressed by the inspector, Chad, and the great attention to detail during the inspection and notated on the report. Mainly due to the ease of reading the quality report issued is why my rating is so high. The pictures, AKA visual aides, were very helpful. Secondly, the builder man, Chris, and the Quality Assurance man, Mark, were very happy with the report. Not only happy about the details and contents, but the big plus was the Summary Page. These 2 liked how the report was organized and the ease made for them from being so organized. So if my builder man and Q/A man are happy; we are happy. Thank you for the thoroughness.
